Good News for Middletown
The God’s Kitchen ministry is restarting this August. On Tuesday nights from 6 PM-7 PM, a local church in the area will cook and host the dinner. The dinner is located at Wesley UMC in Middletown each week. Wesley UMC will host the first dinner on August 3. Evangelical will host the second dinner on August 10. The dinners are free and all are welcome. Contact us if you would like to help on August 10.
On August 1, Pastor Andrew will start a sermon series focused on prayer. Pastor Andrew will preach on some of the most powerful passages related to prayer in the Bible. At the end of the sermon, Pastor Andrew and Deacon Megan will teach different ways of praying. Join us on Sundays at 10:15 AM in our Sanctuary, or on the live section of our website, or at 2 PM on WMSS 91.1 FM.

Starting Sunday, July 4, Pastor Andrew will begin a sermon series focused on the prophet Amos. When Pastor Andrew requested ideas for sermons last year, a person suggested sermons on the minor prophets. For the month of July, Pastor Andrew will focus on the prophet Amos and his call for justice and righteousness.
