This Advent we are looking at a part of the book of Isaiah sometimes referred to as the book of Immanuel. Last year, when Pastor Andrew requested ideas for sermon series, a person requested this as a topic. So for both our sermons in Advent and our Bible study, we will be exploring the book of Immanuel. On Christmas Eve, we will look at what it means we call Jesus Emmanuel.
Immanuel means God with us. Join us as we think about Isaiah’s words as we prepare for the Christmas Season. Each study will be on Zoom and in-person in Room 3. All are welcome!
Our final community dinner for this fall will be November 12, 2022. The meal will be served from 4 PM-6 PM (or until sold out). The dinner will include pulled pork, mac and cheese, baked beans, green beans, coleslaw, beverage, and dessert. You can dine in or take out. $12.00 for adults; $5.00 for children. An elevator is available at our entrance.
