Advent is a season in the life of the church that prepares our hearts and minds to celebrate the Good News of Christmas. This Advent Pastor Andrew’s Bible study will focus on traditional scripture lessons associated with Advent. The Bible study and the Sermons during worship are inspired by the hymn “Toda la Tierra (All Earth is Waiting).”[1] Each week, we’ll look at a different aspect of the season of Advent. Classes will meet on Monday evenings during the season of Advent from 7 PM to 8 PM.

Join Pastor Andrew as his Sunday School class reads and discusses Michael Carpenter’s We Believe: how the Nicene Creed can deepen your faith. Participants should pick up a copy We Believe. If you would like the church to order a copy of the book for you, please contact the church office. The cost of the book is $18. If the cost of the book will be a problem, please talk to Pastor Andrew. If you would like to order through the church, please let the church office know by Sunday, December 14.

This yeear we will offer two worship services on Wednesday, December 24. Join us for one of our services.
6 PM Christmas Eve Service
Our 6 PM service will be family oriented. The message will be interactive and include children and adults. We will end the service singing “Silent Night” with candle light in our darkened sanctuary.
11 PM Christmas Eve Service
Our 11 PM service will include traditional Christmas hymns and Holy Communion. We will end the service with “Silent Night” with candle light in our darkened sanctuary.
